I Help Young Professionals
Recover the Health
Compromised by
High-Pressure Careers.
Your Career is Thriving. Is Your Body Surviving?
- Is stress and anxiety keeping you from getting real rest or good sleep?
- Do you end the workday burnout, exhausted, and feeling stuck?
- Has fear or pressure replaced the motivation you once had?
- Are you reacting more, taking things personally, or holding back in relationships?
- Are work conversations feeling tense or easily misunderstood?
- Have you noticed recent weight and or health changes due to stress?
Stop Managing Symptoms. Start Regulating Your System.
Most approaches to stress focus on “coping skills”—meditation apps, time management, or weekend retreats. These are temporary band-aids for a deeper physiological issue.
Using the NEST framework, we address the root cause: a dysregulated autonomic nervous system. We move you from a chronic state of Fight or Flight to a safe state of Rest and Digest.
The 4 Pillars: Your NEST Emergency Kit
Sustainability Reset Program
It is a comprehensive, data-driven framework designed to stop the damage of workplace stress and build a foundation for sustainable high performance.
Because true health restoration requires physiological stability, it includes mental, physical, and emotional health. We offer one modular holistic program that is custom-fit using the NEST framework for each person during the complimentary initial session.

This path is for professionals under 40 who are in early to mid career, likely in a management position, or similar levels of responsibility and pressure and are now aware they need more physiological skills to create more sustainability at work and at home. If you find yourself reacting” to workplace stress rather than “responding,” this program is for you.
The Focus:
- Emotional Regulation: Controlling the nervous system in real-time.
- Trigger Mapping: Stopping reactive patterns before they start.
- Boundary Setting: Protecting your psychological safety without guilt.
- Philological Health: (Physical, Mental, and Emotional)
The Result:
- Increased Composure
- Clearer boundaries between rest and work
- Reduced Anxiety
- Reduced Stress
- Increased Productivity and Performance
- Improved Relationship Comunications
- Increased Energy and Motivation
Why Standard Coaching Fails?
Most programs fight against your biology. We work with it.
Many coaching approaches emphasize the Prefrontal Cortex, the logical, goal-setting part of your brain, by offering clear plans and strategies that can work for 2-3 weeks.
Eventually, your “Critter Brain” (survival centers of the brain) takes the wheel and throws you off track. Acknowledging and planning around this is what creates lasting change.
The Critter Brain describes the interconnected parts of your biology that prioritize your safety above all else. It begins with your Brain Stem, which scans Sensory Input for any signals of danger. If a situation is perceived as “unsafe,” your Limbic System bypasses logic to trigger an ancient survival program (Fight, Flight, Freeze, or Fawn Responses), resulting in Human Behavior designed to keep you protected.
The catch is that your Critter Brain cannot distinguish between a life-threatening predator and a difficult professional conversation; it views any change as a threat and clings to the “safety” of your comfort zone. To keep you stuck, it often whispers excuses like “I don’t have time to fix this.”
The Shift Is Realizing this isn’t the truth, but simply your survival system protecting you from unknown change. Instead of thinking, “I don’t have time to fix this,” reframe the thought to: “What is it costing me to not fix this?”

What is it costing you to not change?

I’m Coach Baz. I know the pressure of maintaining a composed exterior while your body is in overdrive.
I learned the hard way that true resilience isn’t about grit; it’s about biology.
The NEST Framework is the operating manual for building physiological capacity. It is designed to help you lead with clarity and energy, rather than burning out in the pursuit of success.

Success without sustainability is just a countdown to a crash.
Let’s rebuild the engine while the car is still moving.”
The Sustainability Log

You walked into the meeting calm, but left feeling panicked. That isn’t “empathy”—it’s neurobiology. Here is how to stop absorbing stress.

“Going blank” in a meeting isn’t a lack of preparation. It’s a blood flow issue. Learn how to keep your brain online when the stakes are high.

They told you to “toughen up.” They were wrong. Here is why high sensitivity is actually a data-processing advantage in leadership.
How we Help
Our coaching is rooted in Support and Accountability; our focus is on future-facing strategies, skill-building, and actionable results that lead to personal transformation.
To provide the most comprehensive support, we often coordinate with licensed therapists. This allows us to stay dedicated to your forward momentum and goals, while respecting the distinct role of clinical mental health care.

NOTE: We focus on present-day regulation and resilience. For deep trauma processing, we can work in tandem with your licensed clinical provider.
NLP provides a framework for understanding how you process information. We use these techniques to help you “reprogram” internal responses, making it easier to adopt new perspectives.
