What We Do

Our coaches specialize in Regulation and Resilience — the two most common hurdles in the modern workplace and in our personal relationships. We help you build resilience to the triggers that cause you to react, providing you with the tools to re-regulate when life feels overwhelming. By mastering these shifts, you can improve your relationships with yourself and others, ultimately thriving in the complexities of both career and romance

We offer two 12-week intensive programs designed to build these skills.

Programs:

12-Week 1:1 Resilience Training Your career triggers aren’t just obstacles; they are the training ground for your professional growth. This program teaches you to manage high-stakes reactivity so you can lead with strategic action instead of emotional reaction.

  • The Focus: Stress management, workplace boundary setting, and professional resilience.
  • The Result: The ability to stay regulated when the pressure is on, ensuring your career decisions are driven by your goals rather than your triggers.

Next Step: Talk to an intake coach to see how we make this program accessible for your current career stage.

12-Week 1:1 Intensive This program is designed for partners who feel stuck in cycles of reaction and silence. We provide a safe space for the issues in your partnership and intimacy to be heard, understood, and finally resolved.

  • The Focus: Communication patterns, intimacy blocks, and co-regulation.
  • The Result: A connection that looks and feels completely different—moving from “walking on eggshells” to a relationship built on deep resolve and mutual support.

Next Step: Talk to an intake coach to see how we make this program accessible for your current career stage.

Accessibility is a core value. If you are facing financial turmoil, please don’t let that stop you. Talk with an intake coach today about our flexible support options.

What makes NEST Unique?

Most coaching fails because it fights against your biology. At NEST, we work with it. We understand that your “Critter Brain” — the ancient survival system designed to keep you safe—often mistakes growth for danger. By building programs that anticipate your setbacks and respect your nervous system, we create change that actually sticks.

Before you even realize it, your brainstem is scanning every situation for danger. If a challenge feels “unsafe,” your limbic system triggers an ancient survival program: Fight, Flight, Freeze, or Fawn.

The Catch: Your Critter Brain can’t tell the difference between a life-threatening predator and a difficult conversation. It views change as a threat and loves the “safety” of your comfort zone. To keep you stuck, it might whisper:

  • “You need a coach with more credentials.”
  • “This is too expensive.”
  • “You aren’t ready yet.”

The Shift: That isn’t the truth—it’s just your survival system protecting you from the unknown. At NEST, we help you outgrow these patterns. Instead of asking, “Can I afford this?” we help you ask, “What is it costing me to stay the same?” When you make change feel safe for your nervous system, you stop stalling and start moving forward.

How we Help

Our coaching is rooted in Support and Accountability; our focus is on future-facing strategies, skill-building, and actionable results that lead to personal transformation.

To provide the most comprehensive support, we often coordinate with licensed therapists. This allows us to stay dedicated to your forward momentum and goals, while respecting the distinct role of clinical mental health care.

Our Core Modalities:

We use CBT-informed tools to help you identify the mental “scripts” or performance blocks holding you back. This is about understanding the link between your thoughts and your actions.

  • The Focus: Thought patterns, belief systems, and habit formation.
  • The Coaching Angle: We help you identify and reframe the thought patterns that create emotional blocks, allowing you to change your habits from the inside out.

NOTE: We focus on present-day regulation and resilience. For deep trauma processing, we can work in tandem with your licensed clinical provider.

NLP provides a framework for understanding how you process information. We use these techniques to help you “reprogram” internal responses, making it easier to adopt new perspectives.

  • The Focus: Internal communication, perspective shifting, and subconscious patterns.
  • The Coaching Angle: By understanding the ‘language’ of your mind, we use proven techniques to shift your perspective and break through long-standing limiting beliefs.

We provide a structured way to navigate difficult conversations and express your needs clearly. This framework is essential for improving both professional and personal relationships.

  • The Focus: Empathy, clear expression, and needs-based living.
  • The Coaching Angle: We provide tools to help you express your needs clearly and empathetically, improving your relationship with yourself and others.

Safety is the prerequisite for growth. Being trauma-informed means our coaches prioritize your emotional felt-safety, ensuring your path toward the future respects your nervous system’s capacity.

  • The Focus: Nervous system safety, boundaries, and emotional regulation.
  • The Coaching Angle: We recognize that your past shapes your present. Our coaches maintain a safe, regulated environment that respects your history while focusing on your future resilience.

NOTE: We focus on present-day regulation and resilience. For deep trauma processing, we can work in tandem with your licensed clinical provider.

We focus on the “skills” portion of this framework, providing a concrete toolkit for managing high-pressure situations and maintaining composure when life feels overwhelming.

  • The Focus: Emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness.
  • …The Coaching Angle: We help you build a ‘toolkit’ of real-time skills to stay calm during high-stress moments and manage intense emotions without feeling hijacked.

NOTE: We focus on present-day regulation and resilience. For deep trauma processing, we can work in tandem with your licensed clinical provider.

We help you understand the different “parts” of your personality—like the Inner Critic or the People Pleaser—bringing them into alignment so you are no longer fighting against yourself.

  • The Focus: Self-compassion and resolving internal conflict.
  • The Coaching Angle: We help you identify and negotiate with the different ‘parts’ of yourself, turning internal conflict into internal cooperation.

ACT coaching focuses on “psychological flexibility.” We help you stop the struggle with difficult thoughts and refocus your energy on taking action that aligns with your values.

  • The Focus: Psychological flexibility and core values.
  • The Coaching Angle: Instead of fighting difficult thoughts, we teach you how to accept them and take ‘committed action’ that aligns with your deepest personal values.

This approach prioritizes “what works.” Instead of over-analyzing the problem, we identify your existing strengths and the shortest path to your desired outcome.

  • The Focus: Goal-setting and existing strengths.
  • The Coaching Angle: We utilize a forward-facing approach that identifies your existing strengths and resources to create immediate, actionable solutions.

If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, we will assist you in finding a licensed professional to ensure you receive the appropriate level of care.
